Custom Flash Video Players? Where?
i'm googling to find some custom flash video players and i'm not finding much - surely with Flash video becoming the standard for web pages some enterprising design whores should be making some nice looking ones? I just read a tutorial on how to make one - looks simple IF you are decent with Flash to begin with.

hit up the designers i told ya about, they'll make you a nice skin & i'm pretty sure they can encode the functionality into it
if not i got a programmer for you that can

have any designer design a layout using photoshop or whatever, then let the programmer implement it.
