Yes, there are people running on NATS v4, tho a small number and no I'm not listing them.
The roll out is starting to also pick up some steam. I'd rather start them off slowly than mess them up. NATS v4 is a totally new system and its not a straight move over. You certainly wouldn't be happy if all of a sudden a program was upgraded and your stats were wrong.
