starting your own country or buying an existing one might work.

that's what I mean, possibly buying an existing one, but there is one that is not represented by any country.

I was reading a article, can't remember where, but there is quite a few small piss poor countries willing to sell their tdl, but most are looking in the $10-$20 million dollar range...
