CashX Verification

Ok I signed up to CashX about 3 weeks ago, I uploaded a copy of my ID, then requested PIN number verification through the mail which they haven't sent to me yet. It's been almost 4 weeks now. WTF????

My account still says "Unverified" why should I use the service if they can't even send me the PIN number to verify my address or are these companies stealing identities or what?

CashX can you come in here and answer these questions?? and give a direct support email address please. Not a great first impression I must say but I'll still give them a bit more time. If they can't send me a PIN number how the hell am I gonna get my checks in the mail?

Ok, I am here and first, you signed up Oct 13, which is less then 2 weeks ago. On Oct 13, you uploaded you photo ID, "your driver's license" and it was rejected because You "blanked" out all the information that we need to identify you! So what Do you want us to do??? To this day, you have not submitted proper photo ID, so this is why your account is still unverified.

Secondly, if you have not received your address verification letter in the mail, well we apologize as these things happen, and I will have one out to you in the morning, but this does NOT hold you up from receiving funds in your account! You can easily reach us through our support message system from within your CashX account. If you do not want to use that then you can send us an email at support [at] cashx dot com.

Well, I am not sure how to say this, but You are the first person in over 2 years that I have seen that submitted their Photo ID that had all the numbers "Blanked" out! No agency is going to approve this document, and as we follow FinCen / BSA guidelines we must adhere to them. If you do not wish to show the numbers on your Photo ID, there is not much we can do to verify you CashX account, sorry.

Terry, it would be GREAT if you have one or two CS reps on ICQ (*cough Paxum*)...

Yesterday a few ticket replies took 5-10mins, and since then complete silence for 24 hrs.

Ok I blocked out my Driver's License Number because you don't need it to verify me, Your only verifying my address through a gov/state issued ID. There is no reason for you to have my DL number and if there is, please tell me why you need to verify it and what you use to verify it. In my opinion if your sending me out a PIN number (like payscum) does, to verify my address, and my DL has been uploaded to you, then what else do you need???

Like I said before I will not give out numbers to people I don't know, mainly because my information was used before to run up my credit cards. It's a pain to cancel a bunch of credit cards as I'm sure you know.

The only reason you could be using my DL numbers would be to verify my credit report because aside from social security numbers I believe you can run one's credit report with a DL number also. The only other reason why you would need my DL numbers is to check my driving record or something. You say it's the law that you need those numbers. Show me something in black and white that says this please.

Sorry but I'm a bit uneasy about giving you my private numbers, if you can't accept the DL I uploaded don't bother sending me the PIN and just cancel my account please..

As for a privacy policy that means nothing to me because you can post a privacy policy and still sell someone's information. Many sites do it.

Regardless of when I signed up, you should still have a message system that tells the end user that they have to re-upload their photo. You sent me no email after I requested my PIN so I have been waiting. I did not know you were not accepting my uploaded ID. So how can I be blamed for that?
