Anyone had any support experience with moniker ? Usually how much it takes to get a reply ?

Great to read that. Today i have created an account to move away from other registrar and started the transfer of several domains, after a few minutes my account looks like its loocked or something.

One time I forgot to log into my VPN when I attempted to buy some domains and my acct was frozen...sent my id's and it was back on before I even checked again

Best company I have worked with in the online business.

Never had problems, 1 phone call has answered any questions and their pricing is fair.

Hundreds of names there for more than 3 years and I don't ever see myself having to move.

Thanks Bari, i get in touch with Chris already and my account is now active.

Guys, my problem not was a problem. Moniker just lock new acounts to avoid fraud and i love that, a warning about that on welcome mail would be nice ;)
