I don't really think I'll have to worry about that on www.pornfeedr.com. The site changes on an hourly basis, so Google will not have any issues with duplicate content.

I haven't checked the members area of that site, but according to the tour pages and review sites (e.g. RabbitsReviews etc) there is no rape at all. The content like MaxHardcore and EuroRevenue is much more violent, but it's also not considered as a rape.
