Time for Vista yet?

I was in the beta testing program last year, found that software and driver support was a pain in the ass. 64 bit drivers were hard to come by and several of my older programs didn't work at all. But overall even it beta it was a nice looking and very stable OS.

I think now most software has adapted and released versions compatible with Vista, not sure about the 64 bit compatibility with drivers but I imagine most manufacturers are up to the ball on that one now.

Anyone here run it? Any other pros or cons?

I run it without any problems whatsoever.

I dont use any real odd software, just the usual stuff and it works just fine.

I prefer it over XP for sure.

Which version did you go with? Wondering if there's any real advantages to getting the business or ultimate editions or if home premium does everything as well.

I don't notice any difference between my copies of XP, XP media center, XP professional. I'm guessing I probably wouldn't in Vista either.

I had a bit of trouble networking Vista with an XP Home box, but other than that it works as well as XP for me.
