Is it me or is the virtual visa from epass working in less and less places?
I remember using it basically everywhere for everything online but lately i only seem to get transaction denied by merchant messages :/
Now the ticketservice where i always buy my concert tickets also doesnt accept them anymore ![]() |

I never use my Epass Visa card to buy stuff from stores as I always get charged twice and they say I get the money put back on within 28 days but I'm certain I don't. They said I wouldn't notice as my balance just goes up and I don't get a message about it.
One time was for over $130... Haven't used it in stores (except in the US) since that. |

I haven't really used Epass virtual Visa, so I couldn't tell.
Is this a bad sign about Epass??

I love epass to bad so many people bashing them and some sponsors dropped them...that's a real shame. p.s. - it would be great if they hired extra 50 people like Micheal Soze to help around. |

I noticed this last night. I went to purchase something from 2co, and my Virtual Visa got declined, I had to use a different card. I have the funds in Epass, but it wouldn't go through. What's the point of having a Virtual Visa if it doesn't work at one of the largest cc prosessors online? 2CheckOut is everywhere.

All my domains and hosting are payed through Epass using the virtual visa card number. Never had a single problem using them, and I singed up a long time a go.
I don't use the Visa Electron card they send me for anything but cash withdrawal at the ATM. don't use it at the shops, its to expensive to make those small transactions.

My problem is the slow customer service. I had one charge I didn?t recognize on my account. I called epassport, and they shut down the whole account. I did some digging and found out where the transaction originated from, and called them again saying while I wanted to dispute the charge, it wasn?t made as a result of my account being compromised so please turn my account back on. They said sure but you have to go through a manual verification process fax us your driver?s license, a utility bill and a copy of your card. Well I did that but it took them two days to acknowledge receiving the fax, and along with that acknowledgement came another message that it was going to take them 7-10 business days to review these documents. (a whole two pages) I had approximately $2000 in the account when it was frozen, and since then approximately another $2000 of sponsor deposits have been rejected since then. So basically I am sol as I wait two weeks to get access to my own money.
