I have checked the testimonials and it seems those people are using other software from the company and not the affiliate software.

I asked about this awhile back and didn't get much of a response.

Maybe it's new or maybe they don't have much of a customer base.
I've "heard" that the new version of their CMS is the bees knees, so I had it installed.
Still haven't had time to read the manual though.

it is the most confusing cms I have ever worked with

and add on top of that the manual which really doesn't cover anything specifically and just talks in general ideas

it is just pure confusion

I would PAY someone (native english speaking) to come in and sit with me for a day and show me how to work it all

I can see awiz does so much, but getting it to do it all is a huge pain

I have the CMS setup, and I was wondering about the affil. software myself for personal cascading. I don't even need it for affiliates, but it seems handy if anybody ever wanted to promote a site.

For my personal paysites, NATS and other solutions seem to be a bit much.

The reason I want it is that it does cascading etc and the 3rd party billing companies make the payouts.

I am not really that impressed with the affiliate admin that I was in the demo at Nylons Cash as peole have to manually input their affiliate id into the link codes.

Have you ever worked with MAS ? www.mansionproductions.com CMS I found that as confusing as hell at first then realised how frigging easy it was. However, like you say I needed someone to sit with me and talk me through it for a day, now I cant live without it.

Well right now you can get MPA3 for free by using paycom as your primary processor, and they'll even let you cascade with ccbill.
They make the payouts for you also.

So unless there's some specific feature that you need or you're running your own merchant account it doesn't make alot of sense to pay for another script.

Thing is I want all the links to go through my URL and not the processors. After having 20,000k links go to nothing with various processors going down I dont want it to happen again.

I do realise you can set this up very easy using MPA3 with Epoch but I want a system where I can add processors, control the cascade etc.

no offense to the Awiz team, it is an AMAZING product, but they really need to hire some native english speaking support reps, the language barrier is pretty high

We ordered a copy of carma and they never got back to us. If the sales team doesnt get back to you then fuck knows what customer support will do.

If you ever want me to show you around MAS I would be most happy to.

Maybe you could learn it and then sell support for it. I know people who do that with NATS.

Paying $800 for the script plus paying a 3rd party something like $500 for a complete walkthrough and setup is still a hell of a lot cheaper than what CARMA or MAS cost.

yeah, we have actually talked about that, but i am 1 week into trying to figure out with no progress and I can't find one person that is using it and is willing to walk me through it

So start a blog, and give away small tips for free to get readers, (and to prove to people that you know what you're talking about) and offer your contact info for paid consulting or scripts or whatever.

I know what I am going to do. I will launch it in a few months time. It is a basic message board that holds documents. People can just grab it from there.

Actually aWIZ support has replied you before you wrote it on the GFI:
In the advertisement URLs, which will be displayed in Affiliates' zone of site - yes, personal ID will be replaced automatically.
Do you have any problems with getting emails from aWIZ, or is the phrase above still on "bad English" ?

I never said you spoke bad english. The main reason I made this thread is that I want to see other peoples views on the software.

Most people arent aware of the affiliate program and I have probably helped you get a few customers

Just let me say that during a years our company does the best to provide a clients and webmasters with the best support. And that's the only reason why we react a bit harshly when some public post does make an mistaken impression that answers can't be received from us directly. In 100% cases it is not true.

every time I email you all, you refer me to a section of the manual that is extremely vague and gives no precise direction, and if that isn't the case I usually can't understand your english so I give up

it is not a knock against you in the least, you have a great product with EXCELLENT support, but it is very hard to understand you all most of the time

I can vouche for that, your support is EXCELLENT, I never have to wait longer than a few hours for a response...my issue is with the "broken english"...sorry for using that term, it is just the only way I can describe it

I am going to be jumping back into it later this week, I will be sure and ask all my questions through support, we will see how it goes this time

btw, are you all going to be adding support for more movies soon? flash? ipod?

If you ask "how to get something?" - we direct you to Manual, it's logical.
But if you write "I have read proper section of Manual and can't understand exactly the following thing:..." - we will provide you with clear and exhaustive explanation.
So just try to read Manual and define a problem more exactly.

so, I have to start every email with "i have read the manual and can't figure this out"? haha...um..ok

the manual is the most vague and unexplained manual I have ever used...if you all would actually pay someone that knows awiz in and out to document and write out in plain english how to get everything done, you would have a LOT less support inquiries

in fact, in all honesty, the manual is more like a "this is what awiz can do" and not a "this is how to do things in awiz"
