wtf I read it here but...
We now have to have 2257 on every page? does anybody have a link, our redesign is almost done so I want to clarify before it's done and I have to redo everything to add the 2257 info: can it be just a link or does it have to be hard info?

That's the current proposal for the new regs. They haven't gone into effect yet and may be subject to change. Probably be several months before we know what the final published regs will look like.
