Free Site Linking - how do you do it? - GoFuckYourself.com

For those of you who build free sites for LL's - in regard to linking your sites together to help link pop for SE's - do you link each site to a page that has all of your sites on it - or do you link to each individual site at the bottom of your warning page like a money bar?

If you do the moneybar style is there a number of sites you should stop at linking like this - like maybe 10?

I personally, have 3-4 links to other related free sites, same niche, etc... and a link to a hub with all of them...

I do the 3-4 links for link pop, se spidering, and sendin traffic to a different or similiar niche.

Also put a link to your hub atleast on all of your pages, and you outta be able to get a spider in there for some fun. =)

There isn't one "right" way, there's just a bunch of decent ways, and a few great ways that people dont like to talk about.

Thanks Drewkole, so LL's don't mind if there is a "my other free porn sites" link at the bottom of every page of the freesite?

*Most* LLs don't care - matter of fact at the Montreal Cybernet Expo there was a conference with Raw Alex, GreenGuy and Mr. Marylou where they specifically addressed this. They said as long as the link went to your own stuff and wasn't a blind link to a sponsor, they didn't care - just don't overdo it. One or two links is fine.
Of course you'll get some small-time LL owners who think they're big-time that will reject you simply because of "the number of links on your page" - if they're going to be that anal just take them off of your submit list.

Make sure that in your recip table you always have a link back to your own LL or hub. Miniscule traffic that way but every hit counts, and it's spider candy.

So when you say don't overdo it - 1 or 2 links - do you mean 1-2 links per page or only a link on 1 or 2 of the 4 page site?

Also if there is 1 link at the bottom of my pages that says "more links" or something that goes to my internal LL then is there a point in having a fake recip to the same LL?

Also what is the deal with recips - I am currently using 8 per page but I would like to use 10-12 - is there a generally accepted number like in the tgp world (3-4)?

Also a question about the linking setup in general:

I have 6 mirror entrances and 1 of them is a DMOZ entrance.

All of my sites are on the same domain.

My LL or Hub is located at the root of the domain.

What I was thinking of doing is linking the warning pages of the dmoz entrances all to each other with a moneybar to all my sites plus 1 link to my hub.

Then I was going to put a link to my hub from the 2nd page of all my freesites - none on the first page.

So two things - should I link my dmoz entrances to it's own hub which only lists the dmoz entrances or should and then also link the freesites to their own hub? or should I link the dmoz entrances and the LL 2nd pages to one hub that lists the dmoz entrances, and the freesite entrances including all 7 of it's mirror pages? or should I not list the mirror entrances on the LL?

Also what about the freesite entrance pages - should I link those to a LL or only link from the 2nd page - if so which LL - it's own or one that lists every entrance?
