Who among you can actually promote mainstream blogs effectively? Spam your services below. What can you do, how can you do it and for how much?

I am specifically interested in people who are willing to be paid for reaching goals. I.e., if the blog currently averages 100 uniques a day, and your methods get it to 500 uniques a day and hold for 90 days, you get paid $X, then when you get it to 1000 uniques a day and hold for 90 days, you get paid $Y, etc.

The throw a bunch of shit at the wall and hope something sticks SEO people need not post here, I already know all of those tactics and have them all implemented. I want people with an actual skill.
