And Lee Corso agrees with this Top 5.

Well my Gators lost but they still have a shot. They lost to Auburn last year and ended up winning it all. And if they don't, well they won one last year. Not to mention 2 basketball titles in the last 2 years. Time to share the wealth I guess.

That freshman kicker for Auburn just couldn't be iced. They tried but he made the kick twice!

florida played like crap and still almost won. Old Miss beat Aurburn and Florida beat Ole Miss. USF beat Aurburn in Auburn and UF is better than USF. Florida is jutst lucky so many other top teams lost. I can't see them dropping further than 7. Of course they HAVE to win out which also means beating #2 LSU next week and of course if they do that they will move up in the polls. Wisconsin and Ohio State play each other so one has to lose. Same thing with Cal and USC. So Florida is still in the hunt.

LSU will be #1 no doubt, even the annoucers who blow USC week after week said they were going to vote LSU #1.

USC just played too shitty against an unranked team, 27 - 24 against crap, when you played like crap wont get you the top spot. check the polls tommorrow.

Cal barely won their game too - they caused a fumble inside the 1 yard line with 15 seconds left to avoid going into OT...

Cal's came was close but they were also playing a conference game against #12 Oregon at Oregon. Tough game for anyone to win.

LSU won but had trouble in the 1st half so I can't see them going over USC and taking #1. The USC game was close but, again, it was a conference game.

Losing to an unranked team pretty much kills your oppurtunity of playing for a championship.......... glad Florida lost, ha!

Gators are just way to young on defense this year and the total lack of a pass rush is costing dearly.

Dan Mullen's hardon for Tim running the ball doesn't help a ton either, gotta spread it around. Auburn was keying on Tim and it worked. Moore had 3 rushes. Thats just ridiculous. And If Cooper doesn't want to block or run the correct routes, then its time to let Thompson see the field.

Big 10 can believe they are the tits all they want but the reality was shown last year just where their cream of the crop lies. And nothing has changed.

Are you retarded? You obviously don't pay attention to college football. The rankings came out today and in the USA Today poll which is used in the BCS Florida is 7th. If we beat #2 LSU next week we at least jump to 6th. USC plays Cal later and Ohio State plays Wisconsin, so 2 of those teams are going to lose. Florida moves up 2 more spots to 4th. Boston College is most likely going to lose at least one game so Florida up to 3. So as long as the USC/Cal winner or the Ohio St/Wis winner loses one more game Florida is in if they win out. Math is fun isn't it?

excuse me, but that would be #1 LSU, and #9 Florida. Unless of course you use the USA Today Poll rankings which are obviously retarded still having USC at #1 after BARELY eeking out a win against an unranked team on a muffed punt.

All that said, FL-LSU should be a tough game next week...gl

The new USA today poll agrees with me but on the AP Poll LSU took #1

AP Top 25
1. LSU (33)
2. USC (32)
3. California
4. Ohio State
5. Wisconsin

South Florida also JUMPED from #18 to #6 on the AP Poll.

Not sure I understand all the USC cock sucking in the polls. I mean c'mon...who have they beat. #14 (at the time) Nebraska?? wow! And almost lost to an unranked team. Ray Charles can see it's just political bullshit, but oh well.

Of course I use the USA Today poll because that's the one that in used in the BCS you moron. The AP poll doesn't count towards which team makes it to the Championship Game.

Besides even using the AP poll then #9 beating #1 is even more impressive and if Florida wins out that means they beat current #8 Kentucky doesn't it? So does it really matter? Unless you think USF is going undefeated. Even if they did beating #1 LSU and beating Kentucky who would be at least #7 if the keep winning before UF plays them, I think they jump over USF.

It's quite simple actually, they started #1 and will remain there until they lose.

You are one rude, obnoxious prick. But I guess your Gators losing to an unranked team will do that to you...if you are a crybaby with no life. Oh well...enjoy your day loser. And make sure you keep track of all of those "IF's"

Quit dreaming, no voters are wanting to see a team that got beat buy an UN ranked team play for a championship. Florida is done, but wait there is always next year.

I don't understand it either. USC has played no one all year, they almost lost to Washington, and they do lose at home to 40 point dog Standford who was 1-3. The media and coaches are still blowing them, what did they drop to 10? Who did they beat? Nebraska that is garbage and a bunch of terrible teams not in the top 50 and they lost to a team that was ranked about 80. Dynasty LOL thats a nice Dynasty, they play creampuffs and lose. This must be the twinkie Dynasty.
