what's the reason to have exp date on visa electron cards?
Without money on an electron card you can't use it... or have I missed something?!
Anyone knows why all banks have exp date on them? I'm ONLY talking about visa electron cards here. NOT regular visa cards. |

Main reason is to make sure that the customer keeps their information up to date, I guess. If you don't keep your info up to date, you won't receive your new bank/credit card at the correct address if yoou move.

I think most credit card terminals / systems require an expiration date to transact it.
