Look at bolt.com, a thriving community of free expression, friendships, social networks, all put out because of a couple videos uploaded, since they weren't monitoring every upload. Even if it means allowing these "pirates" to thrive for a few years, while we figure out more creative ways to stop them. Look at bolt.com, a thriving community of free expression, friendships, social networks, all put out because of a couple videos uploaded, since they weren't monitoring every upload. It's impossible to do. And the witch-hunters that go after the innocent site owners are just as much to blame for the internet the way it is now, as the pirates. Do you guys realize how impossible it is to monitor every upload? Just go ask youtube.
