Your best bet is to stick with the bigger more established hosts with a good track record. I have been with www.techiemedia.com for a few years now and all I can say is Thank God. These guys are old school dudes that know their shit about hosting. They don't spam their services on any boards, but I'll let them know about this thread. Good luck in your hosting search.
