As you said so yourself you typed in micah's website clubmicah.com which brings you to the age warning page. This page is there for the TYPE-IN traffic. Only TYPE-IN traffic sees this page, NOT affiliate traffic.

If you were an affiliate you would realize that when you link to our site with your linking code, it goes directly to the tour of your choice, and therefore does not go to our splash warning page and therefore does not show you any "popunders".

A "popunder" is shown only for type-in traffic.

I say a popunder with quotes because what you are referring to is actually a javascript call to the parent window, not a new pop window.

If you have any further questions or problems with how the site functions, please make them to the webmasters of ClubMicah.com, not Micah herself.
