Veggies- What are you making this year? Tofurkey? - GoFuckYourself.com

Just want to touch base and see what any veggies out there might be cooking up this year.

I'm a big fan of Tofurkey myself. One year I"d like to try to do the "tofurkey Wellington", but I might just stick to my classic apple cider / brown sugar glaze.

Last year I did a half of a vegitarian duck that I bought at the asian store. It was frozen- not the canned (I tend to find most canned fake meats are yucky). I reccomend trying that also, but I don't have a brand name (sorry!)

We did an "un-turkey" one year and I kinda thought it was the pits, no where near as good as Tofurkey brand.

It's a choice. We've evolved to a point where we don't have to kill for sustenance. It's up to individuals to decide where to draw the line.

They are also "meant" to kill each other to maintain dominance of land and fertile wombs. But that is a bit out-dated.
