I have been reading alot about it and am curious who has had one and what the benefit was if any at all.

Damien with all due respect our bodies detox just fine all by themselves and you will not find any real legit medical data saying that it detoxes you or any of the other odd ball off the wall shit it spouts like undigested meats from years ago or any of that other crap.

Thanks guys. We had some friends in town for two weeks and did stop partying. Now that they left, I feel so tired and thought a good cleanse might help me feel better

I've had a few scans Colonostophy or what ever they call them. Basically a camera up the butt, not funny. So had a few Colonics, again not fun and feel no different afterwards.
