That Always-Busy Phone Number
A few months ago, someone gave a number people can call where they always get the "The lines are busy, please try your call again later" message.
I wish I'd written it down, and I can't seem to find it using Search.

Call the operator and get them to "break the signal." You can break someones connection through the operator for emergencies, until she tells you "the phone is off the hook" which they cant break through.

No, it was a number you gave nuisance people to call. It ALWAYS gives the line-is-busy message. It's kind of a gag. THAT is the one I'm looking for.
