We are moving out of Cali.. to Tulsa.. Green pastures, slower lifestyle and of course.. Tornado's..

We've looked at all these house.. hard to decide..

after taxes
you'll be at about $900,000

then filling a house that size up with furniture add on another $200,000

$1.1 mil should be enough

then again, if you just put a down payment, and get loan from bank, thats the smartest
