Full TGP site designs starting @ $75

I'm looking to build my portfolio up with some more tgp designs.

I can give you a basic design, with custom header, recip button, and unlimited revisions for $75. If you want a toon in the design I can do that too, but it would be best to icq me for a specific quote for your project.

Some recent tgp designs:

http://www.notanotherdesigner.com/done/sweet/
http://www.notanotherdesigner.com/done/dom/

Icq me for orders and info!

$75 isn't bad for 15-20 minutes of work.

Not worth 75 imo.

What is the point of using a plain image like this (http://www.notanotherdesigner.com/do...itled-2_17.jpg) as a background. It increases loading time and is just.. well... lazy.

You even have 3 or 4 different ones through out the page.... See what I'm getting at here?

http://www.notanotherdesigner.com/do...itled-2_27.jpg
http://www.notanotherdesigner.com/do...itled-2_33.jpg

A tgp/mgp should be designed to load as fast as damn possible.

Not trying to be a bitch or anything, but you should learn some html/css.

Actually it is you who should learn a thing or two about html. If you have half a clue you would know that those images are to be removed and replaced with a html call "#000000" and then the scripts code should be placed there so that the thumbs can load in place properly.

But obviously you were looking to take a jab at me and just fell flat on your face.

No appology needed n00b.

Haha, are you always this angry or did I a nerve?

So let me get this straight, you're actually saying the client has to clean up your shitty code after you hand the design over to him? Oh, ok then, carry on.

Who's angry? Not I.

And no, I am saying that you are picking at straws just to rip my design special on tgp sites.

Go shit in someone else's thread.

Ever notice that the good designers are booked up sometimes months in advance and rarely if ever at all spam GFY?

You, on the other hand, are always crawling around here looking for new clients.

Things that make you go "Hmmmm.".

And what about your other design with the gradient?

You have tons of the same images doing the same thing.

http://www.notanotherdesigner.com/do...ges/dom_10.jpg
http://www.notanotherdesigner.com/do...ges/dom_28.jpg
http://www.notanotherdesigner.com/do...ges/dom_30.jpg
http://www.notanotherdesigner.com/do...ges/dom_35.jpg

How is the client supposed to expand the height of the table when you have a fixed gradient image in there?

How much work does the client have to do to get these things ready to use? Isn't that your job?

I'm not trying to rip your special (it means nothing to me, I'm booked for a while)..
I haven't been on GFY in a while, saw your thread and just thought I'd give you some advice. You're the one getting hostile.

Anyway, do what you will, all I'm saying if I didn't know what I was doing and I received a design like either of those samples I'd have to hire another designer just to fix the thing up.

And this isn't picking at straws?

I am not going to entertain your lame ass attempts to ridicule my designs any further after this last post.

What I will say is, how do you know what my client wants to do with the height of his tables?

YOU DON'T.

Like I said, it's one thing to point out simple mistakes or errors. Its another to dig at straws to shit on someone.

You sir are attempting to shit in my thread.

So 3 months from now client wants to add another row or column of thumbs to his site. But wait, he can't! You call this picking at straws? I'd say it's one of the top things I look for in a TGP design.

You could have taken my advice two ways: 1. learn from it, improve for next time. 2. act the way you did and remain ignorant on the subject.

Anyway, good luck with the special.

Next time you give advice maybe you should try not to attack anyone unless you know wtf you are talking about.

*sigh* if you really can't see what I'm talking about you shouldn't be designing websites in the first place.

Uhh, just use Blending Options in photoshop, 2-5 minutes later you're done with the text, because you can use the same layerstyle over and over again.

Then use the gradient tool to make the background for the table you're using.
That can't take more than 2-3 minutes to get it right.

And the sections in the table, you do probably just add a rectangle and use Blending Options again and then cut it up. ~7 minutes?

IF you made the dude with the computer pic, then it might be worth $75, but I really doubt you made that one. ( http://www.notanotherdesigner.com/done/dom/ )

And then we have the HTML-code. It does not take many minutes to insert a table and put the pictures in.
