There was a thread about this yesterday too, that got little or no attention.

So let's hear it again.
ARS and AdultPayMaster are the obvious ones. Both work great!

But which others are there, where affiliates actually SEND traffic and sales to the byot tours where the creator doesn't have to rely solely on his own traffic?
