Two things
#1 they're drains, not sewers.
#2 seems that it's art photoshopped over photos of drains, not stuff done on the drains themselves...

Haha yeah realised that after I read through the thread a bit more.


Still would be cool to do in real life. Probably a paint brush jobby as a spray would be harder to do unless you used a really fine cap.

Looks way too fine even for that, vinyl stickers would probably be the best...
