I want to rob some body. Anyone had any luck ? For all the news coverage about the housing market in the shitter people still want a fair price for their homes. Half the time more than fair

I bought my house in Michigan for 50k less than the asking price. Appraised 60K higher than I paid.
However my house in Vegas wont sell for shit. Anyone Interested? |
