Damien you said this has been proven that they are one of the biggest scammers on the net.. You said there is proof.

Can you please post proof without a reason of doubt that not only shows that they have scammed one person, but something that openly and easily shows that they are one of the biggest on the net.

I send them traffic, and would like to know how they are one of the biggest scammers on the net before I decide to do more business with them.

Please post this proof.

Actually, as much as I would like to disagree with Damian, he's entirely right. Clickcash scammed me threads were popping up on the board way before you even joined. Although I have never personally been fucked by them I do know people who were fucked or at least jerked around by them. Anyone remember the big check bouncing fiasco?

ClickCash has scammed 1000's of Webmasters, without reason, without notice, just because they could, they didn't pay, lied, scammed and cheated a ton of people. They are the largest active scamming company I know of.

I think they just grew so fast there back in 03 or so, they were spinning trying to figure out the legit signups and webmaster from the scammers and they went into crazy red mode and just started shutting shit down on people out of paranoia... after the backlash and when people slowly moved away from them they wised up, haven't heard of people getting scammed in the last couple years. I think they might actually realize they need us. lol

one time in 10 years of the companies existance they had a check issue when switching banks. It is no excuse it happened but i am sure they didnt do it intentionally and they resent good checks to everyone who contacted them. It also didn't affect everyone.

that was the only time they ever had check issues.

In an industry where companies shut down and screw people left and right you think you would cut a company a little slack, who has 1 mistake in 10 years, not to mention the fixed it.

Other than that they are one of the biggest adult companies out there and have been around for years. They are one of the few that also pay for FREE signups. This model encourages fraud unfortunetly and lots of idiots over the years have tried to scam them. This is the main reason why you have seen some people post pissed about them. Sure maybe some cases were missunderstandings, but i bet most clickcash was shutting down a scammer and the scammer got pissed and took it to the boards to get them back. If i had a dollar for how many times I saw someone put a site together saying " signup to clickcash and I will paypal you $10" or people who got a bunch of friends to signup and then do chargebacks, and then the person gets mad their account gets shut down lol. Also since they dont post here people are left to run wild with whatever lies they want to make up about them and then idiots who hear these lies perpetuate it.

Umm... No, they shut down legit accounts, from legit webmasters, and withheld paying funds from a ass load of people. Then they bounced checks, and not once, twice, three times, but several times.

You have already stated that you make money with them and don't care what they have done. In short, you don't care they fucked your fellow webmaster over because you get paid.

here's something i heard from other webmasters who tried ifriends to see what it was about. They keep billing and even duplicate billing even after you leave. That's how they were able to pay insanely high rates on FREE signups.

yeah and yet they have never loss the ability to process Visa either

I personally sent clickcash over 80K customers, more signups than most medium size programs here get, just from me.

No big surprise a company that has had tens of millions of customers has some that are not happy, shocking. Why don't do a search on another big adult company, AFF and see if they happen to have a few unhappy customers.

It's all relative, apparently the unhappy customers is less than 1% or so or Visa would have pulled the plug on them years ago. You do understand right ?

Been promoting clickcash for almost 7 years now... Been a couple little bumps along the way (2 cheques bounced but were replaced)... an auto message about poor quality conversions when I had to open a new account with a different source of traffic... but I worked on improving it and no problem... other than that, cheques come on time...

As for them being scammers of WMs and customers... I have yet to see any real proof... yes, people bitching and complaining but never any real proof... Take one of those consumers.... for a year he was charged on his CC and then complained because iFriends would only refund 3 months... Think about that.. What sort of moron wouldn't see a charge they didn't know about on their CC for an entire year?? How the hell would iFriends even have gotten their CC info in the first place? At $40+ a pop, I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't stolen CCs being used to get all that PPS... Think about that for a minute.. If you were going to defraud Clickcash, you do the free signup and then use the guys card to get the monthly charge.. Makes it look more legit and thus slip thru the fraud checks... Thus the attempt at really tighter fraud control at ClickCash.

And as for WMs getting canned and not getting paid... well... every sponsor has the right to do that and many do... Every program has the rights to can your account if your PPS doesn't convert to full memberships at an acceptable rate... or they can switch you to revshare (ifriends doesn't have revshare though)... ClickCash is really crazed when it comes to their fraud stuff and I suspect some honest WMs have been caught in the cross fire...

Having said that, I'm not saying they're NOT scammers.... Just that I have yet to see any real proof... Plenty of hearsay though...

Sorry Tempest I am not laughing AT you.

If you promise a rate then you pay it... If you start losing money then you warn affiliates and then can them.

You seriously cant just term peoples accounts because you cant live up to your own promises.

Click Cash did just that and still Will comes on here and behaves like butter wouldnt melt.... fucking hypocrite.

Just because he demands his money back does not mean CC needs to say ok and do it.

Ok, I'm not trying to piss here, but can this be proven? I see things about check bouncing, but when I search that on GFY, I see a lot of companies and large ones have bounced checks over time. This can and will happen and has.

I'm asking for someone to post actual proof.

You say 1000's... To me that means 3-4-5 thousand webmasters. I would figure if a company did this you'd hear a bit more about it and there would be some major backlash.

And what are they currently doing that is scamming people?

I have promoted clickcash since 2000 when they paid $10 a join. To this day they are one of my highest earners per click of the hundreds of sponsors I promote.

People gave up on ClickCash a long time ago. You cant call them liars or cheats because they just ignore you. Its a waste of time and energy.

Will came along and promoted CC and when he was told about the things they did he just called you a liar. You cant win with that mentality.

Its like someone saying something bad about MaxCash - 'MaxCash cheated me' - I come back with - 'No they didnt'.

What can you do or say?

Will is a hypocrite.... he is on everyones case but forgets his own sins.

He is now going to call me a liar - I cant win.

Click Cash did just that and still Will comes on here and behaves like butter wouldnt melt.... fucking hypocrite.
clickcash shuts down people's accounts because they lose money on those affiliates and you have a problem with that ??? are you fucking stupid ?

And because *clickcash* does this, it means I can't come on here and call people out for stealing... are you even more fucking stupid than i thought?

I hear you.. but if you read any of the TOS's out there, they all say they can term all our asses at any minute for any reason and not pay us a dime.. I know of people that have been canned from some of the biggest programs out there just for bitching to them about things... I've got one sponsor that I made the mistake of talking to about things and when they checked my ratios they saw the PPS sales weren't converting.. So they switched me to revshare... I have money in there that I will probably never get out of them now because of it and even though I've asked for them to pay me out and then just close my account, they don't do it.

As for ClickCash not warning ahead of time... I can't speak to that as I HAVE received a warning... I will say this though... Those traffic integrity reports that are supposed to come out ever week.... I don't get them every week that's for sure... So it wouldn't surprise me if people never got an automated warning email either.

But I feel for you... I'd be majorly pissed off if I lost an honest $3k as well and I'd also post in any thread about the company saying they scammed me...

LOL 1000's of webmasters.... I have Doc on ignore because his post are typically as out in left field as this one.

Ok Doc, can you name 100 webmasters muchless 1000, hell can you name 50 webmasters that were *scammed*. Or are you just like damian and you " just know" these things.

How can you say something like that as if it was fact, they scammed 1000s of webmasters, you should be banned or provide proof of your accusations. One thing GFY does actually hold some resemblence of rules is about people accusing other sites of scamming people without proof to back it up.

Ball is in your court lets see your proof or is it more hot air out of your ass.

If someone agrees to send traffic at a certain rate then yes you pay them that rate.

You pay them while that agreement is in place.

MaxCash are in a similar position. We pay in advance - and will always pay what you are owed - even if we can not convert your traffic.

I would not work for them if they did any different.

How in the fuck is it " my sins" because I am an affiliate of clickcash and they have a strict fruad policy. What the fuck does that have to do with me. I am guilty of their sins because I promote them? WTF does that say about you, you promote AFF?

So damian, is maxcash paying you to attack me ? Lets use some of your logic, it would only make sense for maxcash to pay you to attack me right ? you think clickcash paid me to attack aff, and here YOU are starting shit with me because I commented that I didnt think fucking tube sites where hard to build.

So this is what you do for max cash, cause fake drama for sig views... pathetic..

wrong, I said AFF is shit. If people want to do business with them that is fine. Let's see what AFF has done. They advertise on every fucking torrent and illegal tube site that has tons of stolen content. It has been pointed out here in the past where their ads where on pages with cp. They used zango with fucked everyone here and rubbed it in everyone's face.

What has clickcash done.... use spyware. no. advertise on sites with stolen content. no. advertise on sites with cp. no. what did clickcash do, they pissed off Damian and they have a strick anti fraud policy because their program is based on paying people for "FREE" joins.

How you can compare AFF and Clickcash just shows yet for the 1000th you are a fucking retard.

I am just as bad as everyone else here???? I have never cheated, scammed, fucked, or stolen anything from anyone else here. I promote a company that you had a dispute with and you felt cheated. From your lies on how much money you lost ( is it $700 or $3000 LOL) it seems like you made the shit up in the first place. Knowing how stupid you are , I would believe that whatever the problem you had with them was a result of something you did on your end. wouldn't be a big surprise to me.

Not to mention that since I called out your butt buddy lars you have had a hardon for me and continue to make up lies about me.

So fuck off already.

fuck you. you are doing maxcash no justice when you attack people for no reason just to get sig views to their company. Just because you suck at your job you shouldn't resort to fake drama and attacking people so you can get traffic to their sites.

BTW damian, notice all the other people calling you an idiot. You are the problem here and all these other people see a MaxCash employee going off the deep end, it only makes sense that you are doing this to try to get those alexa numbers up since they are tanking.
Making yourself and maxcash look like fools to everyone here. good job. they should give you a raise.

Damian I am a bit confused about the entire Will calling you a liar argument.

About a yearish ago you claimed they took you for 700 dollars etc etc, no mention of a partner or anything else.

Then you posted yesterday and said a number of times I was scammed first hand, that I was this and I was that to the amount of 3kPLUS. Once again never a mention of a partner.

Then Will points out the difference, and you say "oh well I have a partner, and about half the money was mine."

Half of 3k plus is at least 1500, so a year ago you did not care about the other 800 plus they got you for, and you did not care that they scammed your partner as well? What kind of a partner are you that you don't care about his money?

I guess this means you and your partner have separate accounts as well? And in his account was some of your money, that you did not care about?

You're kind of losing me here how this works. You did not care about 800 or so dollars then, but you do now? Are times harder?

And you did not care about his money to mention it?

ClickCash steal from honest webmasters.

There are 100's of posts about CC stealing.

You find one that accuses MaxCash of anything underhand that hasnt been cleared up.

You promote ClickCash and portray yourself as a good guy.

I promote a company that can say it is honest with a str8 face.

Case closed.

Can anyone say "FTC"??? Can't fnd the link on the website anymore that maxcash was supposed to have... Unlike MaxCash, as far as I know, the FTC hasn't taken on ClickCash.
