Then Will points out the difference, and you say "oh well I have a partner, and about half the money was mine."

Half of 3k plus is at least 1500, so a year ago you did not care about the other 800 plus they got you for, and you did not care that they scammed your partner as well? What kind of a partner are you that you don't care about his money?

I guess this means you and your partner have separate accounts as well? And in his account was some of your money, that you did not care about?

You're kind of losing me here how this works. You did not care about 800 or so dollars then, but you do now? Are times harder?

And you did not care about his money to mention it?
It was 5 or six years ago - and yes I had a partner. Get over it.

I find no posts with proof that they are actively stealing...

I see you saying they stole a few different amounts of money from you with no proof. And I see people asking about checks that bounced which has happened with many programs.

Got that proof coming yet?

How do the numbers keep changing?

no asshole. you WORK for a company that you are making look very bad. You PROMOTE AFF. You always took up for them and you send (or sent) them traffic.

Find me the 100's of posts about Clickcash Stealing, provide proof or be banned. GFY might not do anything about this, but I am sure Maxcash wouldn't appreciate one of their employees attacking another company with false claims and leaving them open to lawsuite. The borden of proof is on you to prove you claims. You are a liability for Maxcash, and from the looks of the stats you do a shitty job.

Im waiting back from Maxcash to hear if this is their new policy to get traffic, they get their reps to attack other people over total bullshit. Go back and read the first post you made, total crap. And then when you know its crap you resort the to " clickcash scams people" . Can't wait to see maxcash's thoughts on this.

Since you want to make MaxCash the issue and claim that no one complains about them, posted on another board last month:

Maxcash.com does not seem to want to pay their webmasters...

I have tried contacting their customer service over and over... I have not received any payment at all in over 6 months I've been promoting their sites. I know I have over 139 joins in 2007, and not a single payment. I have emailed their customer service, and they it's possible my signups have been getting flagged or something, I know for a fact that I've had a friend and my brother's wife signup for memberships, and have not received any payment from those 2 signups. When I asked their customer service, they replied saying that I am not allowed to sign up... I told them that I did NOT sign up for the sites. But, the fact that I'm not getting paid for any of my other joins...

Anyone else with the same issues???

I don't have a dog in this race, but here are my 2 cents. I have been a ClickCash affiliate for over a year. Sent a couple thousand signups. I admit their support isn't good, but when I've needed an address change or something else, they've been good with responding.

Being one of the highest paying PPS sponsor for free signups, they're going to have loads of fraud. I'm sure they cancel a lot of accounts they deem fraudulent, and I'm sure many are false-positives. I've been cancelled by a program or two because of that, e-mailed them, and fixed the issue. Almost every program will switch affiliates sending poor members to revshare. AFF does it as well as many others. Since ClickCash doesn't have a revshare option, they have to cancel the account.

The idea that they actively dump affiliates to grab a couple thousand dollars is absurd. Maybe you fell into that false-positive area. It truly sucks, but it's just what we have to deal with when using PPS sponsors. But ClickCash and iFriends did not become the size they currently are by randomly dropping profitible affiliates for a couple thousand dollars. It is the dumbest conceivable business plan.

And while you can link to a Ripoff Report page by some angry customer who probably had his credit card swiped. Or a story of a webmaster getting a bounced check that was probably fixed. I don't think you can find them being sued by the FTC for allegedly ripping off a ton of people. I've never seen ClickCash listed as one of the top ten dot-cons by the government. There is this saying about stones and glass houses I've heard before.

I'll add that I've always liked MaxCash and thing the program has always been solid for webmasters. I was an affiliate years ago and was thinking of starting back up with them. The program is solid and I don't think it needs this kind of drama to attract business. I really hope this is just a Damian/Will beef and not something MaxCash is doing to build up sig views. The program is really above that.

I suspect Damian isn't aware of the MaxCash history... well.. maybe he is and is stupid enough to talk about a different company ripping people off while working for one that was nailed for it..

I like MaxCash though... I didn't come into this biz until well after they got slapped and from what I've seen they've been pretty clean since then.. and they convert decent.

This message is brought to you by Damian_MaxCash:

Maximum Cash sued by FTC over billing
Suit could spell the end of telephone billing by web sites
In what may be a major blow to telephone billing by internet companies,
RJB Telcom Inc., also known as Maximum Cash, is currently facing
a federal lawsuit regarding billing practices of it's adult web sites, which
include such popular sites as Kara's Adult Playground and Teen Steam.
Because of the lawsuit, the company's assets have been frozen and thousands of webmasters
who participate in RJB banner programs may not be paid. The US Distict Court in Arizona
is scheduled to rule November 21st on whether RJB assets will be freed up to pay webmasters.

The FTC makes a couple allegations, the most worrisome of which is regarding
telephone billing by RJB. RJB used a dialer program that allowed consumers to
pay for access to the web site by means of calling a special phone number,
similar to the methods many sites use with 976 numbers and 900 numbers. RJB used
an international number like the 011 numbers that many audiotext (phone sex) services use.
The FTC alleges that in some instances, the owner of the phone line was not the
person who accessed the site, but that it may have been a child or house guest,
so it is illegal for RJB to bill consumers in this way. Should the court agree with
the FTC on this point, it could mean big trouble for other web site operators and
other companies using telephone billing. WebmastersGuide.com predicts that the
FTC will not prevail on this point and telephone billing will be continue to be
a legal billing method. However, it is entirely possible that the FTC could win
this point and telephone billing would essentially be illegal from that point on.

The FTC also alleges that RJB regaularly billed credit cards of consumers who
had not accessed RJB sites, nor ordered any goods or services from RJB.
RJB has not yet responded to our request for comment. We will update this page
when and if we recieve comment from RJB, which we expect to be within 48 hours. A copy of the FTC complaint can be found on FTC.gov.
We also have copies of posts by RJB on their message board.

CC do pay - and a lot that is for sure.

But if they dont like your traffic they just stop.

Maxcash in a way pay in advance in the same way as CC - we would never term an affiliate because the conversions dont meet our expectations.

I would tell MC to stick it if they ever did.

Will dosnt see that as a problem - thats what this is all about.

No its not. You are lieing again. I've had you on ignore for over 6 months, I even ignored you on ICQ because you were harrassing me. You made up lies saying clickcash paid me to attack AFF now you make up lies that there is 1000s of people on GFY that were scammed by clickcash. You post no proof, you just make lies. There is no " will / damian " shit, just you harrassing me.

You started this thread for a reason: http://www.gfy.com/fucking-around-and-business-discussion/808015-knock-will76-size.html

I truely believe it was to provoke me into an arguement with you for sig views. It has been shown from the stats posted the sites you work on are not doing well, so this must be your brillant idea to get your hits up. Congrats to you I took the bait. Now all I need to find out is if this was approved and is the policy of Maxcash.

I did read it... and also what maxcash used to have posted on their site about it... Thing is, a LOT of companies back then were doing everything maxcash was doing but didn't get slapped for it... I think that the FTC action actually made a bunch of them clean up their act out or fear of something similar happening...

The point however is that you keep calling ClickCash scammers while working for a company that at one point was scamming consumers.

I'm done... You obviously haven't read the maxcash TOS and all the things they can choose at any time to not pay you for... you've staked a position and won't budge even if you're proven wrong... waste of time...

did you read this ?

From MaxCash's TOS:
Quote:
Company reserves the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, at any time to alter or modify the method and terms of payment benefits to Participants and the duration of the Program. Upon notice of any change in benefits under the Program, You shall have the right to withdraw or terminate Your participation in the Program.
so basically from my understanding they can change your payout to $1 at any time and then ban you.

Wow.

If Maxcash ever dont pay anyone I will leave - everyone knows that.

sorry not buying the entertainment thing. Unless you think attacking people for no reason, making up lies about them, about other companies and in the process dragging the company you work for name through the mud.... which i seriously doubt.

I honestly think you did it for the sig views. Try to do damage control any way you can, you fucked.

Have any of you who have accounts with Maximum Cash have had a problem getting paid, E mails answered or been able to make phone contact? I have not been paid the last 2 periods, E mails go unanswered , the 888 number posted is not in service and the regular number does not answer.Am I just the unlucky one or have others had this problem. Until recently they paid on time, every time....

MaxCash settled with the FTC, they weren't found innocent. In their settlement they were allowed to deny the accusations. Nonetheless it's still a settlement that required MaxCash to dramatically change how they did business.

In the FTC reports, they found that there were over 200,000 chargebacks during the year for MaxCash. Assets were frozen, payments were very late and many checks for one month bounced. The FTC received so many complaints for them they added them to the top ten dot-cons press release.

I'm not trying to bash the history of MaxCash, I'm just saying I think it's insane to bash a company like ClickCash for their history when MaxCash is much more shadier. I know a ton of companies were pulling the same shit back then, and none of this was unique to them. But it's hard to compare the accusations brought against MaxCash to a few ClickCash checks bouncing and a few guys complaining about a $6.95 charge on RipoffReport.

Not even in the same ballpark!!

Even bringing up the FTC shit shows how full of crap Will is.

The one thread he could pull with MaxCash named came from another board and ended with the complainer saying sorry ....

So you are saying that being listed as a dotcon by the FTC, having to settle with them, having your assets frozen by them is not as bad as bouncing some checks? Which maxcash did when their assets were froze....

That's bullshit. You and I both know it is bullshit. I had a client who I worked with for over a year. After that initial check bounced, he was issued another which also bounced and then he could never seem to get a check out of click cash again. As I remember it was a considerable amount of money.
