I need someone reliable that can convert a psd to a wordpress theme, I will have 3-4 a week to be done

the finished theme must be css, widget and tags ready

we are moving to wilmington in the next 5 months

man, if I had the time I wouldn't hire someone else to do it ;)

it isn't about knowledge, I can do it all day long, I just need someone that can do it also to free up time for me to do more important shit other than css coding
