Getting Close With My Camera
No, not moving in closer...I mean I'm getting close to what I want with my camera. I'm already doing what I want with my vid camera. But the ever elusive still photography is the bitch.
I got a Canon EOS 5D a few months ago and I've been working with it trying to get what I want. I'm using a EF 24-70 mm lens. The lighting set up I needed to keep small. So when I'm home I'm using the flourescent vid lights and then a 580 EX speedlite on the camera that triggers two 580 EX's on stands wirelessly. Here's a couple of shots from this last week (shrunk down versions) Keep in mind I'm trying to get this done without using a big strobe setup so I can be mobile. How do you guys think the lighting looks using this method? ![]() ![]() |
