I just received a spam to that site to one of our support addresses today. I am wondering who runs the site.
Whois is private etc. I see a link to traffic holder at the bottom of the join page with the affiliate ID spectr but thats about it.

Fake? That most likely means that there's a receive limit on the account and enough people have fallen for the scam that it's been exceeded.
