ABC Studios filmed 5 more eps. NBC didn't want to air them but I guess they are as there was a new one tonight.

I think they are filming some more at the moment but NBC has refused to buy them so I guess it might be moving to ABC.

To answer the question - yes they already had a series finale

Scrubs is great, actually i have watched all the current episodes as its normally all thats on early hours worth watching.
I am yet to see a new epidsode her in the uk though :|
