Where was Kobe when he didn't have Gasol to bail him out? Either way, congrats Lakers fans. Your team is movin' on up.

Well let's see who the mighty lakers are going to play now.. I think San Antonio will beat the hornets tonight but who knows.. Chris Paul is sick. He can change the outcome of a game real quick. Either way, I see the lakers beating either team and going to the finals.

Thanks to all the Laker Haters for keeping the Lakers in this thing and this thread alive....

What would be really funny is to watch Horry to win game 7 for a team against another former team. He has a ring magnet I swear.

I went quiet because I figured the Hornets were going all the way to the finals...

The spurs are just too old and tired which the same can be said for the Celtics. Both of them are just running flat.

Now I guess it'll be my Pistons against the Lakers and honestly it'll be a 7 game series and I think the Pistons experience just wins out. The Pistons are just too tough. Gasol is too soft and I see Kobe getting smacked around like a bitch but still poppin 30/gm BUT his teammates won't be able to pull their weight.

I see some heroics by Kobe coming but if they manage to survive the super tough Spurs (which I think they do in 6 or 7 games) I don't know if they have enough to go through 13-14 games of being pounded like the spurs and pistons will do. The Lakers are just too soft.

I predict the Lakers will take this one in 5 even, so it's all good if Horry makes the winning shot in game 7 hehe.

You know it was time to bump this thread. Lakers are playing solid. The whole team put in a great effort last night to win one on the road. It looks like this series is over. I don't see too many haters anymore, they are far away from this thread. It looks like the lakers will finally make it back to the finals where they belong... Go Lakers!

What a close game last night! The ref could have easily made the foul call on Fisher with a couple of seconds left on the clock. If I was a Spurs fan, I would have been heated!

All that matters is that The Lakers are going to finish the series off at home tomorrow - NO DOUBT ABOUT IT - and head to the finals and continue to go on to win the title

That was a great NON CALL yesterday - and as written in many news publications today, the Lakers should not have been in that position in the first place since the refs. did not call that the ball hit the rim thus not resetting the 24 second clock.

NBA FINALS HERE WE COME!

Airballs must win games. I wonder how many airballs Kobe had last night to give him 39 points..

Lakers are in the Finals everyone. Who would have thought in the beginning of the year, that they would have been here.. Amazing...

I actually went to the game last night and it was electryifing... Crazy Crowd.. Crazy Game... They play so well together, I just hope they can beat either Boston or Detroit.. Lakers deserve it...

Well, We finally won a game. and we will win the next one, and the one after that. Then all we will need to do is win one in Boston, and it's over.. What a game last night, I was there, the place was electric.. I need to go tomorrow as well... Anybody here want to roll with me tomorrow, hit me up....
