That would be "Yes, Prime Bitchister". I have all 3 seasons of "Yes, Minister." It's rare that a show is so dry I can't sit and watch it, but, man, this comes close. Quite enjoyable, though.

I love it but I don't have doubts it's probably not many people who would enjoy their humour as I do..

Beeing raised on British humour and worked for the government in the past is the definitive qualification I would say...
