It's been down for about a half hour, was just coming here to see if anyone else noticed. Their website is down too. Hope it's nothing serious, this is actually the first time I've been down with them since I started using them.

there whole networks is down, no one is picking up fone call not gettig auto response by email.

Woke up to see all my sites dead in the water, and then a few traceroutes later, DNS was dead.

Emailed and 20 minutes later had a response that all were back up, and they are.

Middle of the week my PHAT was down as well.

They had it up shortly (within 30-60 min.) after I contacted them. They had gotten the alert right before I shot them a note.
