If it looked okay, and smelled okay, it was okay. Expiration dates are estimates. Unless it was moldy, slimey or stinky, it should be okay.

Well guys, I'm still alive at this point. To answer your question, it was a little...wet? I guess. Like it was solid but there were watery parts and I kind of tried to stir it. And it tasted funny.
