i dont think hes the problem, the designers that charge peanuts are the problem, this is rampant in the mainstream business also, just look on craigslist. But for the most part the designs and work matches the price. You pay 100 for a site, youll get a $100 site.
in the end if you want top notch design you'll pay top notch pricing simply because no matter how you slice it amazing designers aren't cheap and cheap designers aren't amazing.

sure you might luck out one in hundreds of times on a fresh new designer with no experience that'll do amazing work, but his pricing wont stay dirt cheap for long once he realizes what his work and time is worth.

ps: adultdesign.com for all your highest quality, design need.

Many people still seem to think the tour will do all the work (of selling the product). I used to think that as well and paid 2k for a tour only to find out my product didnt sell. Then eventually i started to make the most simple tours where focus was on the content and not the beautiful design. Guess what i sold more than ever before. With tours i made for free. Thats why i said noobs buy from Webinc. They think as long as the tour looks all like a piece of art its gonna sell. The surfer doesnt give a shit about that. They want to see hot fucking content exploding in their face when they click a link. Not some small thumbs surrounded by 50 different colors and fonts and other shit that takes your attention away from the content.

You can say that without saying a company over charges and people should pay half for the same quality work and people are idiots to pay that amount..

great so now people think they are idiots to pay $2500 so they are going to pay $1200...

Everyone wants shit for free..

I want to buy content but you kno what.. I can go to your competitor and pay him half..

I want a membership on a porn site but you know what I'mma just hit the tubes instead..

God, what a bs. You act as if any company can just say "ok my shit is 3k and thats whats its worth. If you dont spend that and go to someone cheaper you are clueless".
Things have their price. Every product has and they can be overpriced. Including good design companies. How fucking hard is it to admit that. Webinc is overpriced. Their designs are NOT worth the money you pay for it anymore. It used to be worth it but now it isnt. There are other and better solutions. Fact. And just because they were hot in 2001 doesnt change anything.

And i paid shitloads on content and designs etc so dont give me that shit that im so cheap blah blah. I always paid what i thought a certain product was worth. And back in 2001 Webinc was worth it and now not anymore. Hey shit happens, stop denying it. Im not hating...i have nothing against them. Im just being real.

its funny to see price ranges from $599 to $5,000 for paysites... i dont understand why people dont realize its a global economy and time is money. Lets say a paysite takes a week to do.. why make $15 an hour.... why do some peops sell themselves so cheap???

go be a graphic designer for any biz in the US and make $40k+ a year if you only want to get $15 an hour.....

Hi everyone,

thanks for all your posts. We have officially announced this change by email but if you still have any questions you can drop me an email to [email protected].

Now, I will try to react on your posts here.... sorry if I skip some (just too many posts

Mssimpson ----- to charge $800 might seem a bit low but it depends on the designer you're using. Getting the design from a freelancer might cost much less than having it designed by a company that employs several full-time people. Also, as we all (working from or with companies outside US) know, the dollar rate has changed quite a lot so our prices has to reflect the global economy.

Brujah and other people, thanks for bringing Kreadult.com up, really appreciate it.

SykkBoy2 ----- yes, we're doing lots of stuff for your guys so I hope you're satisfied with everything we've done for AdultPaymaster.com now.

'So Fucking Money ----- I am sorry webinc did not respond to you, we were not checking emails @ webinc anymore. I am sure the the guys at InsaneAdultCreations.com will do great work for you but if you'll ever need some banners done, just drop me a line and I will give you a bunch for free ;)

Sarah_MaxCash ----- thanks for the support and all your kind words, you have always been a very cool and generous girl, even though I have never had a chance to met you. If you're still in London then we might have a drink or two one day (during my biz trip there).

payd2purv ----- thanks for all the support, I don't recall you, have we ever done some work for you?

BradM ----- how's it going buddy, long time we spoke... Hit me on ICQ or Skype sometime ;)

dirtyf ----- one of the reasons we decided to launch Kreadult.com was because we felt there was lack of innovation at webinc. Our mainstream work done by Krea was using some of the newest bells and web 2.0 whistles, xhtml/css tableless layouts and all that stuff, while the adult work was was missing all of it (partly because the clients were demanding the old-school stuff, partly because the costs had to be kept low). Now @ Kreadult.com, we are trying to implement all these new features and try to deliver designs that deliver results.

Yoni ----- webinc has not been sold to another company and is still owned by Todd aka sextoyking. It's the entire creative team that has moved under a new brand - Kreadult.com. We used this name to follow the Krea trend set by our parent company Krea.com (EN version soon), a dynamic Central European web design firm that has been doing work for lots of mainstream firms including insurance companies, banks and even airlines. We have been operating from Slovakia for 8 years now.

A1R3K ----- sorry, if you need anything done just use [email protected] instead of [email protected]. I will surely get back to you and will add a bunch of freebies - if you're still interested.

It would benefit them to publish that statement on the webinc.com site and direct the traffic/clients to the correct place.

DirtyF - okay, just let him know to drop me an email ([email protected]) and we'll take care of him good.

Cyndalie - since the Webinc.com domain name is not owned by Krea, we have no longer reach on this. We were providing our services (design & support) to Webinc.com, however after we have ceased our business relationship, we no longer have access to this.

Yoy guys claiming webinc is overpriced or makes shitty designs have no clue. They made more sites than anyone else out there. And their sites are making millions of dollars, they convert, simple as that.
