Bounced check from Globill

I just got a bounced check from Globill. It is only for 51.91

They said they had a bank problem and are going to be resending checks.

It looks like this may have happend to others as well according to the CSR.

Just thought I'd let you know.

On 10/2

I've found out some more information and I think something else is going besides a simple bank mistake. Apparently they have pulled a bunch of their ads because they can't afford to pay them.
I hope this isn't the case.

And now, the end is near;
And so I face the final curtain.
My friend, I'll say it clear,
I"ll state my case, of which I"m certain.

When Glo-Bill fully moved its operations offshore and closed its domestic accounts, to be in full compliance with its new jurisdiction, approximately 75 webmaster checks, out of more than 10,000 perfectly fine checks were returned or will be returned as 'account closed'. The affected webmasters have already been contacted and/or have contacted us. These funds and any NSF fees will be fully paid to the affected webmasters.

I see that unsubstantiated rumors have already popped up. Let me address them:

- Glo-Bill is not "pulling ads". All our online and print ads are in place as always. We have prominant ads right here on GFY.

- Glo-Bill, overall, is in a better position than any other billing company at the present time vis a vis its overall strategy in handling the changes that have swept across the industry. Over the course of the next few months our success will speak for itself.

- Glo-Bill is here to stay and yes, it is business as usual, not withstanding the small number of affected checks. To those webmasters we of course apologize for the invconvenience and they will be made whole, as we have already communicated.

Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew
When I bit off more than I could chew.
But through it all, when there was doubt,
I ate it up and spit it out.
I faced it all and I stood tall;
And did it my way.
