URL file-access is disabled
can someone tell me how to fix this PHP error?
Warning: include() [function.include]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration I went to php.ini and set this this: ; Whether to allow the treatment of URLs (like http:// or ftp://) as files. allow_url_fopen = On ; Whether to allow include/require to open URLs (like http:// or ftp://) as files. allow_url_include = On And then restarted Apache... didnt seem to do anything. Help? My new blogs arent working

I guess it would be possible but since I have 5 dedicated servers why couldnt I change it myself?
I rarely ask my hosts to fix anything... unless a box crashes and I cant get to it at all.
