You can go to any car dealer and negotiate.
But there are a couple of sites where people want to get out of their lease and you can get some decent deals www.swapalease.com www.leasetrade.com there is also this site www.leasespecials.com

Also talk to some rental agencies. You might get a better deal, and can trade the car from time to time over the period.
