watched it at least 10x now and its incredibly clear it was a foul. The Kobe fanboy announcer at one point said something along the lines of it could be debated as a foul... if a fanboy like that fucker admits to it and all the replays clearly show it was a foul... SOMETHINGS UP!

how about that come from behind block by Garnett which was ALL BALL that got called a foul? I counted 3 fouls on Garnett which were clean..

I don't know what the specific rule is, but towards the end when Kobe was passed the ball and held it at half court to run time down it sure looked to me like the back of his foot was over the half court line by a couple inches. Does the entire foot have to be over? The ball? Anyone know?

But yeah.... Kobe is proving that he is no MJ. He hasn't played bad, but he is nowhere near the level Jordan played at in the finals.

Oh, and it would be fucking hilarious to see Gasol have a great games 6 and 7 and get the finals MVP instead of Kobe. That would immediately lay Jordan vs. Kobe debates to rest.

I agree 100%.. The 'script' calls for that. The lakers were to win last night. if they had lost, their would be rioting in LA.. Not to mention all the lost revenue from TV and ticket sales.

Kobe is nothing more than a decent scorer that takes a ton of shots. Chris Paul should have gotten the MVP.

Him or Garnett honestly I think were a tossup. Garnett was incredibly valuable to this team. His leadership and defensive abilities brought this team together and he sold the entire team on defense first.

CP of course removed from the hornets and they'd be one of the worst in the league so by definition is MVP. Celtics would still be in the playoffs without Garnett, Lakers would have been an 8 seed or just barely missed out without Kobe due to the Bynum injury.
