Looking for good niche feeds. How often do you update your feed? Is at least one thumbnail or embedded video included in your feed?

If you have a program with many niches, do you have a variable feed that can use keywords? ie. adultsite.com/rss/hardcore or adultsite.com/rss/black+lesbians and it will try it's best to figure out what to display?

Honestly, the reason I asked this question is some sponsor feeds I was checking hadn't been updated in a few months. Weekly would be great, depending how often the sites update I guess.

I just made the feeds, so I' checking what people prefer. Weekly is not a problem, I could do it even 2-3 times a week. And updating was one of the reasons I didn't make feeds for all sites, when I know there isn't enough content to update the feeds regularly for a long period of time, I rather don't make them.
