Hello,

I am a newbie in the adult webmaster business, but ok I have knowledge on constructing a site and in photography as I am myself one !

so ok, this is how the story started : a friend of mine, who produced pictures for adult business has in stock several hundreds sets of pictures and videos.
We agreed to use my knowledge in web construction to launch his website : nuglam.com

it is about Erotic, Fetish and art nudes.

Ok i am not a graphic designer... but if you are kind to have a look and give some advices I would be pleased.

I must be like every one, with a brand new website and no traffic. and I mean I am a little bit lost where to start to promote... So here I am

Lol, nobody reads the threads, just offers their services!

The design isn't too shabby

a new logo would work better and perhaps a more organized front page... check successful sites of the niche to see what works... I like the general style, but you might want to check your divs so everything stays organized on the page no matter what... and also, although the percentage of people with screen resolution 800x600 is going extinct, but one has to think of them since they are also potential customers... perhaps with a greater potential than pro surfers with great screens if you know what I mean ;)

I would also seriously change this: "Already thousands of pictures" to only "Thousands of pictures" - the "Already" makes it appear like it is REALLY an accomplishment to have 1000s of pics instead of it just being a good characteristic

(or that might be just me)

I don't know what else to say, I'm just talking from what I've learnt, and from my general design knowledge, best of luck

very nice start...

nice n basic but nifty ...

my advice would be... make your tour and join links more prominant... not just in the sidebar there... the tops ones are nice...

maybe make the design a ittle more elegant... its ok now, but a little sprucing would be keen... some wavy fillagree n shit, maybe a header and footer...

and showcase a little more content on the front page... i dig on your tours how you blur it as it goes down, intrigues the surfer...

make some of your site text content more in the beginning... possibly float your right sidebar so its actually what your spiders can see first, and put your site info up top of that sidebar...

thats enough for now, you have some potential there...
