I see theres a chinese knockoff called a P168+ on ebay for $175ish

it has dual sim card is a plus for me also

There are a bunch of them here, and cheaper than you'll find on eBay. Most of those places are just having DE drop ship them anyhow.

just wait few days and get the 1st original iphone in a few days it will be cheaper than the 199$ brand new 3G one.. and you don't have to get it activated in the store just get it off craigslist or something.
