Looking to colocate a 1U server, how much do you charge? (for hosting companies)
A basic Dell poweredge low power celeron 1U. 5 mbps, 100mbit port, doesn't have to be top quality bandwidth but definitely a reputable host, don't need any management, you host the DNS.
