I just got my design patent yet I am still waiting to see if the utility patent will get granted.

What do you have patents for?

Just curious?

Mine is for a water dispenser that delivers a variety of flavors.

you fill the cup up with water and it has like 5 different falvor shots you can add

Lot's of patents are similar but it all depends on how the claims are written, but mine is for residential use.

Wouldn't do you any good since it has been granted before it went on public record. takes 18 months so there is six months to access via the uspto.gov site. But if you got 2 mil. to buy it off me, I am willing to let it go for that.
