Question -- Bandwidth
On "updates/previews" for your tour... Which option out there takes the least amount of bandwidth but still gives the consumer quick viewable video content and somewhat hassle free would be nice too? Are flash and wmv(stream??) the main contenders?
Why is it the norm on porn sites... to only have the most recent 8-12 previews with video trailers? Is this bandwidth related or that tease to get more signups?  A sexy pic just because gfy Rocks'

Yes, FLV and WMV are the most common. FLV takes less bandwidth than WMV and it's better streamwise and works on all computers etc... however, some people like to download for later, I would offer the FLV and a downloadable WMV.
I think the reason for there being only a few teasers is indeed, to tease further AND save bandwidth

Lately I've been seeing a lot of people offer both methods. As a surfer, I prefer flash but I know that many like to download the clips. Your tour is one area that you really should not skimp simply because of bandwidth expenses... your tour is what is selling your site. Besides, bandwidth is very very affordable these days. Offering both options should not kill your budget.
