Exactly... I don't know TN law, but it's probably similar to other states. Wow you guys are quick I was just getting ready to talk about this and it's been up for hours! I have always shot in public and even gotten in trouble a few times but I always thought that was because I lived in Lincoln, NE the bible belt. I mean in Memphis there has to really be some worse crime who knows. Oh well her new update today is at a local golf course and there are many more she has shot in public. We shoot in a way that we never get caught in the act and kids are never around so I don't think there is anything wrong with it. I love being naked outdoors and my fans and members love it so we will continue to do what we love and what works well for the sites. Melissa

I think the bad choice in this situation was announcing the name of the park in the video and taking pictures next to the park sign. Why not just take pictures of the porn shoot house too? Give directions to where you are while you are at it. There's being discreet and then there's finding a way to make people upset and inviting them into your business. I would say this was #2... although, just like everything else, it will have it's 15 mins and then die off. People will be upset for a short time and then move on to something else. Americans have very short attention spans. Something new pisses them off everyday. We don't have the mental capacity to be upset about everything all the time.
