A new and exciting way to get rich quick with pre checked boxes.

Just seen all those who think it should be "Buyer Beware" on the prechecked boxes so I have the ideal way to get rich quick for any sponsor willing to try it. I'm not as it's scammy, but sure others might think about it.

Set up a site and affiliates program, offer 100% per sign up all the time not as a special.

On the affiliates Terms and Conditions you include the condition that to get the 100% they have to send $1000 a month otherwise they only get 10%. Put on the link to the affiliates sign up page a prechecked "I have read and understand the Terms and Conditions". Obviously many will read the T&C and decline, some will see they only get 10%. But many will not see, not check and basically just too bloody stupid/eager to notice.

Or is it all right to con the surfer, withing the rules, but not to do the same to the affiliate?

It's not shaving because it's clearly stated in the T&C.

The above is my slant of sarcasm to those who think it's fine to use the rules to squeeze the surfer. Will they support this?

It is already done, just not at those sums.
There are and have been plenty who say you get X but buried in the fine print you see that in reality you get Y unless you can do Z each period.

That was why I picked 5 options and could not remember what the 5th was. Already being done. So is it ethical or not?

People are always looking for a way to make a buck, even when it is not a completely honest one...

My idea is completely honest. I just wonder if those who think over charging an unsuspecting or uneducated surfer will think it right to do the same to an affiliate. If you can do it to one, what's to stop you from doing it to two?

Ethics????
