Internet Assigned Numbers Authority ?

I'm getting a lot of referring URL's looking like:

http://10.132.104.150:82/prc3/1/548/...time1220893993

I did a whois and the IP came back to IANA. Anyone know what's up with that ?

10.x.x.x are private LAN IPs, so it's probably from some sort of local HTTP proxy or filter.
