- He could sell it to India or China in a jiffy

all the refineries that refine his oil are in the usa he cant sell his shit anywhere else takes 1+ years to build a new refinery without oil $$$ the country would be broke in 60 days tops.

The state-owned Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) controls one of the biggest oil refining systems in the world.

if the usa stoped getting oil from them gas prices would rise 20-30% and their country would be bankrupt in less then 2 months

It's co-op, and it's a fucking blast. There's about 40 different airstrikes you can get, and they obliterate every fucking thing on the screen.
